HELP Axis and Allies no go on my Vista

Hi All.....
I loded in axis and allies on my new laptop and am getting some od
things happening. I loded the 4.1 patch as well as loded the ru
without cd patch and it starts out great till I get to the startu
screen then all goes south... I can see the back screen but cant se
any of the start buttons, it doesent show the layover screen that let
me choose start game. If I click there is will start the game but the
will not show the popup screen either. I love to play and would love t
be able to take it on the road. I have gone into the compatibalit
screen and even changed it to run 98, 2000, and XP and still nothing
Hoping that there is help out there somewhere...

Ok I did that but it still isnt working........ HELP ME!!!!!!!!
