help BSOD "BUGCODE_usb_driver'

i am haing a fustrating problem with my computer(gateway cx2100 tablet) i
have a dual boot running rc1 build 5600 and xp and i have been having
intermittent shutdown on both os's for some few weeks which i did not pay so
much attention to now is has gotten worse i the problem i am having is that i
can not boot unto vista every time i try it comes up with the bsod and it
comes so fast that i can only read "bugcode_usb_driver" it even gets worse
although i can use my xp os(thank God) the usb port dont freaking work
anymore!
can someone help me?
