HELP! Cant install service pack 4

Hi.

I cant seem to install service pack four for windows 2000!! Any other
updates are fine, but for some reason, when I try to install (the download
proceeds fine) a few minutes into the process I get the message that "a
connection to the server could not be established". The instructions then
indicate that I can then get help by clicking on "problems downloading the
service pack" - BUT NO SUCH LINK EXISTS! Even if I search for it. In
addition, I've gone through all of the other "self-help" issues, and nothing
is mentioned about this specific problem. Can someone help me? I tried to
access the online help section of the site, and all i get is a "this page can
not be displayed" page - although I am obviously on-line, and obviously
connected to the server if I can download the other updates on the site.

Hi,

I suggest you download the full SP4 (Network Installation, 129 MB)
from the download center and use that one to install SP4 on the
computer.

At this Web page, select your language from the drop-down list at
the top of the page and then click Go:
