Nearly two weeks ago, I submited an issue with Messenger
Live, because New email notification didn't reset back
to 0, when I checked new emails. I was contacted by
support, and asked for some more information and for
consent to look into my account in order to better understand
the issue. I gave requested aditional information and gave
my consent to look into my account, which is
.

Now the result is, I cannot login to Hotmail to check for
new emails, or use Passport and enter Passport based websites,
like microsoft.connect.com. I can'r reset the Hotmail
passport. I have already contacted Messenger Live support,
MSN Messenger support, Passport support and sent an email to
t in past days, but nobody was able
to tell my what is going on with my Hotmail account. In short
looks like my account is dead.

If anyone can help me please contact me at

Thanks.

Greetings,

The first step is to identify if it's simply screwed up cookies or something similar. Try a
different browser (like FireFox) and see what happens there.

Also, Connect was down yesterday, so you can't go on that.

Hi,

I've already tried all these tricks, and I can't login in any
Passport based site for about a week now. I can't even
reset the password. It's like my Hotmail account is blocked.

OK. I reset the password today. At last, I can use Messenger
Live, access Hotmail and connect.microsoft.com.
