Click Start, select Run and type in: services.msc
Click OK
Right-click on Background Intelligent Transfer Service and select Properties.
Click on Log On tab.
In Hardware Profile field (located at the bottom), see if the Service status is
Disabled for your Hardware Profile.
If it is click to highlight the Hardware Profile in this field, then click on
the Enable button and then click on Apply.
Now, click on General tab and click on Start under Service Status.
