I don't know if that will work since she cannot get anything to work on the
pc.
I don't know that this will work, either, but try booting in safe mode.
to do this, restart your pc, then,as it starts the boot process, keep
hitting F8. That will bring you to the options for safe mode, etc. First
try "Last known good configuration' or however it's worded.
If that doesn't work, repeat the restart, F8 process, and start your pc in
safe mode, then, from there, try to remove SP2 if the keyboard will work.
