help with d/l-install

Brought this request over from other newsgroup at suggestion of a MVP.


win98se, IE and OE 6.0...
Went to windows updater and tried to d/l player. This is what is happening
during install procedure.
I also get similar error message concerning msxml3.dll when "some" e-mails
try to
open in OE 6.0.
Don't know what msxml3.dll is and/or does OR how to fix.
