HELP! Dragon Naturally Speaking error mssg. about speech.dll versi

I have vista premium, DNS 9.5 installed. It was working fine until recently I
get an error mssg stating that I have speech.dll version 3.0.3.1830, and I
need speech.dll version 4.0.4.2512 for DNS to work properly?? This happens
all of the sudden after program has been running fine for several weeks. I
cannot find this newer version anywhere on my comp. or Microsoft website.
What can I do??

My guess would be that access to the right dll failed because of some change
in Permissions. Rightclick the app to start it, and 'run as administrator'
to see if that's it.
