help on error code 0x643 for KB927977 and 925673

Please help whenever I do an update and download the updates for MSXML 6.0
RTM Security Update (925673) and MSXML 6.0 RTM Security Update (KB927977) I
get an error code 0x643. I keep getting told I need to install these updates
but I keep geeting an update failure and error code after.

Please help. I also get error code Ox643 whenever I try to install KB886903
as well as KB928366. Do you know what the problem is?

see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100/en-us for Microsoft's
response to the 0x643 situation, plus many other postings in this
newsgroup describing in great detail how to resolve the problems
resulting from an attempt to apply recent .NET fixes.

For me and my computer, I am just letting these fixes sit out there, not
even downloaded, until either Microsoft releases corrected fixes or I
perceive that I really need these uncorrected fixes.
