hey thx for that link i tried all those things and 1 did not work "regsvr32
sccbase.dll" it said that a module was missing "load library failed-the
specified module could not be found" how do i fix?

Hi,

I would think you have Windows 2000, and Windows 2000 does not include
the Sccbase.dll file. In this case, just omit the Sccbase.dll file from
list off DLL's you run regsvr32 on.
