Help with error code 80072745

Hi, i was wondering if somebody could help me, i keep trying to log into my
msn and it says i may have an internet connection problem and i get an error
code 80072745. The internet is working fine though, i can access all the
internet just not msn. So basically i cannot log into msn.

what does the Messenger status say? Maybe there's a server problem.

Apparantly its a firewall problem? we have got wireless internet with sky,
but skys website is down at the moment so im wondering if thats why there is
a problem with the sky server and thats whats stopping it?

Greetings Jo,

Can you click the troubleshooter button in the error dialog that comes up and indicate which
categories have a check mark in them? That would make it a little easier to determine your
issue.

I have exactly the same problem though Ive turned off my firewall and tried
various versions of msngr... my internet works fine as does world or warcraft.

I cant see any reason for this problem and the troubleshooter finds no
problems.
