Help! Error Live Messenger + voip

Please help!

I´m trying to chat in MSN with my mother, she is living in other country.

She has ADSL, normal home telephone, WinXP and LiveMessenger.
I have xDSL, voip telephone at home (!), WinXP and LiveMessenger.

If she goes online, I can see her only for 1 minute, then she appears
offline and I cannot send her anything more. She gets error message 8100030d.

Very strange!!! -> If we speaking on home telephone, we can chat. If we
cancel to speak, we cant chat anymore and she is offline then right after
cancel speaking.

Maybe it has something to do with my voip telephone at home?
