help with error

[Error number: 0x8024D00C]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.

i have done everything to fix this i check for spyware had no firewall not
even windows firewall.uninstalled sp2 then reinstalled nothing everytime i
try to check for update i get this error
