HELP!!! Explorer.exe Wont start!!

When i try to right-click on an icon on the desktop i get the following
problem;

It says "Explorer have stopped working" with the following
description;

Ps. Its in Swedish.

Do a System Restore back to a point that Explore did not crash and try not
to install any software on the machine that is not Vista compliant, like
software that's for XP.

You wouldn't happen to have CmdLineExt.dll on your system, would you? If
so, how did it get there?

I would strongly suspect that that is causing this problem.
