Help with File tranfers from XP to Vista (Microsoft Outlook)

I am having some trouble with finding the best solution for tranfering files.
Specifically, I would like to take my files,emails,contacts, etc from
Microsoft Outlook 2002 on my Gateway Laptop to a Helwett Packard Notebook
Vista with Microsoft 2007. I haven't found anything promising that might to
the job. I was hoping someone might have some suggestions? Thanks!

You need to backup your Personal Folders .PST file:

The import it into Outlook 2007.
