Help files not downloading in Vista RC2 5744

A few days ago I installed Vista RC2 build 5744 and all is mostly well,
apart from the windows help files.
The problem is they are not downloading. I have tried a few times, With the
same results every time.
I wondered if this is a problem Microsoft side or something on my side that
is stopping the help from downloading.

Any help and/ or advice would be gratefully appreciated.

I have checked my browser and it is set to work online.

Does this occurr in other user accounts when you open the help system?

I tried in the admin account (after enabling it) and I had the same problem?
