help with folder settings please

Hello,

Whenever I open a folder I set its view options, icon size, turn 'tags'
off, etc. etc. Next time I open the same folder it has changed its view
options ??

I cannot find how to 'save' folder options ?

Hi KK--

1) Set any folder to DETAILS view.
2) On the tool bar of that folder under Tools click "Folder Options"> "View
Tab">Apply to all folders button."

In Windows Explorer press Alt-T and select Folder Options.
On the View tab scroll down to and check "Remember each folder's view
settings".
