Help with getting SP2

After a Windows XP SP2 Home crash, I had to do a repair install. This was
with my SP1 legal CD. Now my system reads as SP1 and whenever I try to
update to SP2 the update site tells me I already have SP2. It shows in my
update history as being installed in 2004, which is correct, but it is not
installed now. How do I download SP2?

I have the same problem.legal copy..Im looking right at it! After
installation 1/2 way through direct download i get an error msg saying 'file
corrupted" and I dont have a credit card to get the cd. What now?
