The best thing is to set up a Test OU, a Test computer (VM will do) and a
Test user, then try the settings out.
1. Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local
Policies\Security Options
2. User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Display
3. User Configuration\Windows Settings\Folder Redirection
4. IE is a big subject in its own right. You can use IE Maintenance settings
to set home page etc. Zone settings will lock individual settings.
