Help with install and an error code

I bought my son a Zune for x-mas but my system is service pack 1, so I need
to update it to the service pack 2. I get somethings to install but I get
this message. The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that
is unavailable. with a little message c:/install/applications/office2003/
it is telling me to look for a package PRO11.MSI can't find it.

Then under failure it gives me the code 0x8024002D.... Can anyone help me.
Am I upgrading to the correct thing for my Zune? Please help!

Error Code: 0x8024002D
means - a full-file patch failed because the source was required
If you were downloading a patch, repair Office install and try the patch again or try
installing the patch with the Office CD in the installation drive.
If the full update fails with error 0x8024002d, the update installs in interactive
mode. Windows Installer prompts for installation media if it is required.
