HELP! - KB942840

1-Please Help, in the logs update why do I have this error KB942840, what
doest it mean? I have tried to downloaded, and I think it doesn't do it (I
believe) why? and how can I check that?...I have the new Internet Explorer
7...

2-Can the "Log update" be upadted or does it always show the errors even if
they have been fixed... and how do you update the "Log update"?

I am no expert!
