Help...... keep getting error messages for updates

I'm having trouble with updating. I have xp home and when I try to update the
updates listed below and try installing them I get the following messages
below... Anyone know how to fix it?

Update for Windows XP HighMAT Support in CD Writing Wizard (KB831240)

Cumulative Update for Outlook Express for Windows XP (KB887797)
