I opened WMP my library was gone, tried to add to library and it said the
songs were ripped but it does not show in my library. I have removed and
reinstalled WMP and I can not put anything in the library. HELP!

What version of WMP and Windows?

It sounds like your library got corrupted. Try to reset it, by following
the instructions for your WMP version at
http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#medialibrary
