As of re-boots this morning, all 5 computers on my LAN fail to see each other
at all for file & printer sharing. Both Windows Explorer and Open dialog
boxes no longer show previously published/shared folder as Network Places,
and in drilling down through Entire Network -Microsoft Windows Network -
network group -> Win Exp or program with Open dial box go Nonresponsive for
approx 5 minutes.

Is this related to Tuesday's updates ? Is MS now sabotaging XP boxes to
encourage upgrades ?

Not seeing a Media Center question in there (the focus of this group), try
reposting in a more appropriate forum.

Offhand, sounds like a communications issue, have you checked you network
(routers/switch/etc..)?

Have you scanned for malicious software?
Sounds like you got bit with the same malware on all computers.
