Earlier this week I had two Trojan Horses. When AVG deleted them it also
deleted a file from System Volume Information and one from my US Robotics.
My System Restore no longer works and I'm having a problem with
intermittantly receiving "blank" emails (header but nothing in the body when
come into OE but can read them on webmail). How can I replace the file so
System Restore works again. I downloaded SP2 a year ago. Will I lose that
and have to redownload? And could the OE problem be due to the deleted
files? My ISP says it's an XP problem with no patch but also said only 5-6
people have called them on it. Does this sound reasonable? Any and all help
would be gratefully received. I am a novice so I need "simple" advice but
can follow directions. :-) Thanks. Barb
