Help!! My computer won't update to service pack 2

Help me please!!! Every time I try to download to service pack 2 in windows
XP it redirects me and all it says is "Thank you for your interest in
obtaining updates from our site!This website is designed to work with
Microsoft Windows operating systems only.

Well, I am running a windows operating system, but for some reason it won't
let me update and all kinds of crazy crap is going on. Please if someone
knows what's going on and how to help it will be much appreciated!!! Right
now I just have good old windows xp.

It's not your OS it doesn't like, it's your browser.
It is making assumptions about both based on the User-Agent
your browser is sending.
