Thank you very much for your help and for taking the time to address my
concern Mark, but I'm afraid that was not the solution.
I guess I will just have to deal with it until one of the scheduled updates
takes care of the problem. Every time I encounter a difficulty when the
program shuts down I have the option to let Microsoft know if there's a
problem or to just close the program. I always opt to share my information
and error reports in the hopes that they will do something about it.
