HELP! Need to download 3 KB Patches

My father uses a dial-up connection -- I won't go into why he cannot get
broadband.

He was recently notified that there are 3 patches to be downloaded.
Unfortunately these batches are 80.3Mb in size (which would take him almost 4
hours to download). These patches are:
+ Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Service Pack 1 (KB929300)
+ Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 (KB110806)
+ Update for Windows XP (KB934238)

How can I download these patches and put them on a CD (or flash drive) and
get them to him?

You can download individual updates from the Catalog and save to be installed later.
http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspx

Click Add button for each update you want to download. Once you have what you want, Click
the "Go To Download Basket" link. Type in or browse to the location where you want the
updates saved to and then Click the "Download Now" button.
Once downloaded, you can then burn them to CD.
