Help! I need to roll back the IE7 update - Work program not workin

My computer was accidentally updated with IE7 and my work program is
operating and does not work with this upgrade (they have been working on it
for 3 months now and still have not finished the work).

I must roll this back to the XP or whatever it was so I can work.

I work at home so I don't have any resources or support I can go to. Anyone
point me in the right direction.

Should be able to roll back to IE6 by uninstalling IE7 in Add/Remove
Programs.
