Using Vista Home Premium - with CA AntiVirus Suite...

My Antivirus is showing a red 'x' claiming that realtime protection is not
available- per CA's site, it is because we are managing our drives
ourselves.. or they are not communicating with Windows properly- (disabled
floppy drivers, turned off floppy device in BIOS, etc)..

Anyone know what this means and where I can look into my Vista settings...

Thank you!

You would be better off posting in the appropriate CA user group

Hi, John.. thank you- I did as well.. it's one of those - one points at the
other.. CA indicates a Windows issue and how my drives are set up....don't
ya just love it!

Thank you! My fingers are crossed!
