Help needed on failed KB912919 update

I tried to install windows update on KB912919 and it failed repeatedly. The
error message is

Installation Failure

Error Code: 0x80070570
Try to install the update again, or request help from one of the following
resources.

Please help if anyone have any clue!

I am getting this error

Error Code: 0x8007F004

can only install after I log in as domain administrator.

Open support calls to fir windows update.
Only many people complaining about their brtoken software will make them
want to do something.
Windows update is broken by the last round of updates, evident by the
massive increase in posted issues with it over the last two weeks.

Looks like the download was bad. I would find the update and download
it manually (assuming that this happened due to a WU/AU install.)
Or try the install manually with the /verbose option and look at the install log
to see exactly which file is corrupt (e.g. the download gets expanded into
multiple files and perhaps the problem is only with one of them.) Etc.
