Help needed with readyboost please

I have a problem using readyboost, i have a 512mb and a 1GB memory stick
which are both formatted and when i try to use them as readyboost it says
that they do not meet the specied specs, what can i do to reslove this?

Such a helpful wit... NOT. Mine did the same. Had to plug it in and out a
few times and it finally got recognized. (i don't think readyboost is ready
for prime time yet). Make sure the sticks you're using are USB 2.0 certified
and make sure they are plugged into a USB 2 port.
