HELP with .NET Framework 1.1 Install!!!!

For some reason I keep getting an error when I'm trying
to install .Net Framwork 1.1!!! Please reffer to the
link for a screenshot:

Any help would be appreciated.

Just wanted to add that I just tried installing the .Net
Framework 2.0 BETA and I got the exact same error!

Download the entire .NET application and install from the
hard drive.
