Help: Not sharing folders, but can they still be hacked?

I'm using Vista but not sharing any folders at all on my
unsecured wireless network.

However, could a hacker in my apartment complex
still access the hard drive's files if my admin password is blank
(since I never set the admin pw up),

or even just another way,
even though I don't share any folders?

Or is it necessary for me to actually share the folder
for them to even access it?

Thank you for your help.

The "Administrator" account is disabled and hidden in Vista.

If they can log on to a user account, they can do anything that
legitimate user could do.

hi there, please keep these guide in mind.

1 Keep your windows Vista up-to-date.
2. turn off guest account
3. set a password for your administrator account
4. Un mark File and Printer sharing service in exception tab of windows
firewall
5. overview your security state in this window :
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center

6. use an anti-virus ( Microsoft security essential recommended )
