hi, iam unable to download ,sp2. Plus i am unable to get onecare to load , it
says i need kernel32.dll help needed

Hello Gordon, could you please provide a little bit more information.
Why can't you download SP2, are there error messages when you're trying to install or
something.
Remember we can't see your computer.
Just describe exactly what you're doing or attempting to do.
