We are having the same problem with 2003 server, 2000 server, and xp pro.
tried to call M$ but they provided no help. In fact they tried to tell me
that the hot fix that I got off their web site (KB905915) did not exist.
this is how M$ autoupdate that they keep pushing on everyone comes back to
bite you. We have now been down since Wednesday, and we have called
microsoft every day, so far no help at all.
