My computer keeps failing to start windows, so i was able to get it to
the reinstall of the windows program in general. But when it asks me
"Where do you want to install Windows?" there is a "Disk 0" the only one
so i press next and it loaded for a bit. Suddenly i got this "Error
0x80042453 Windows could not create partition on Disk 0. This error
occured while preparing the computers system volume"

I get this error message everytime i press next on the "Where do you
want to install windows" table is. I am unable to format or create a new
Disk at this screen also and i cannot even get on my computer in the
first place.

Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Karre

Looks like your hard drive maybe bad. Run diagnostic to double check. It
maybe repairable.

Hi,

If the existing volume is damaged, you will need to delete and recreate it.
This will mean the loss of all data currently on it.

How does setup see the volume? As formatted NTFS or as Raw? Does it see the
volume at all?

As to the original problem of not being able to start windows, what was the
exact error message and how far into the boot did it go?

As Tae Song said, the drive may be damaged an in need of a replacement. A
diagnostic utility from the manufacturer would likely be a good first step.
