Help please! Feeds quit!

I have XP home, IE8 and WLM-- where can I go to get help with the feeds.
For some reason the feeds do not automatically update anymore. Neither in
IE8 or WLM.

WLM pulls feeds from IE...
Remove feeds in IE and resubscribe.
