Hi Jeremiah,
Uninstall the supporting software and disconnect the device. Reboot if
necessary to complete this step. Download the most recent version of the
supporting software from Lexmark and install it. Generally, at a point
during installation, it will prompt you to reconnect the device. If you
leave the device connected during these steps, it will continue to try and
use the older, incorrect drivers.
