I have a Dell Inspiron Laptop it comes with media player 11. I was trying to
download movies and i could not view them I can hear them but not view them,
I dont understand. It says I can download and burn but they are not working.
It says something about codes I just dont understand??? Help me I am so
confused...

You need specific codec's to view various movie files. You need to post the
extension of the file you're trying to view.

Use Google, K-Lite codec pack (free) for your system.
Download and save to disc, then install.
I use the "K-Lite mega pack" works on several different systems.
Check the Microsoft site for updated codec for your media player.
