Help please Windows Host Process (Rundll32)

I am a novice level computer person so excuse my lack of knowledge or
understanding but I have been getting error messages.
Whenever I try to attach a picture or video to an email attachment
(yahoo mail) I get the following:

Yellow box warning pops up NUMEROUS times
Website wants to open web content using this program on your computer.
Windows host process (Rundll32)
"c:\programfiles\moviemaker\wmm2clipdll"

Can anyone advise me what can be done to make this stop??

Thanks for the response...but I don't quite understand...those are just
other posts about similar problems, no solutions

I didn't specifi which link to click on. I haven't had this problem but
this link list some free fixes. Hope they will work for you.

I went there and didn't find any solutions there, just complaints of the
same or similar problems

Those supposed "free fixes" were links to registry cleaners.

Worthless, and might cause even more problems.

When exactly does this happen? Does this happen when you're getting video
thumbnail previews for the videos that you are trying to include... ?
