Help!!!!Prblems with installing and uninstalling Messenger and Sec

I am having a problem installing messenger and with every site that I go to
including this site, with security certificates...Please i am as computer
dumb as they come please help me I have no Idea why this problem just came up
but it started with my e-mail and has now grown to this mess ....Please help
