Help with product key validation...please

Retired educator, confined to W/Chair. Recently lost son in Iraq, and all I
have is memories and his computer. He was a student at the U OF Fla. and I
want to perserve his computer in his honor. Thanx

The WGA diagnostic tool has been updated to correct this problem seen by some
customers. Please download and execute it from:

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

After running the tool, please return to Windows Update and try it again.
