Ok, so im not a computer expert and I just got my computer a few months ago.
Recently I donloaded Skype 3.6, but i never knew it wasn't for Vista, so it
messed my computer up. I deleted it, but now my right click dosnt work, only
my touchpad and my computer it 100x slower. Someone told me i should just
reboot my computer, but no matter what i try it dosnt reboot, any idea's on
how to reboot??

Power down. Then power up.

Do a System Restore to a date before you installed Skype. I'm not sure what
you mean by "reboot" but try the System Restore first.

If you can run System Restore from within Windows:

Go to the Start Orb and in the Start Search box type "System Restore"
without the quotes. System Restore will appear in the Programs result.
Click on it, allow the UAC prompt, and follow the wizard.

If things are so messed up that you can't run System Restore from within
Windows, boot the computer with your Vista DVD and do it from there.

How to run System Restore from the Vista DVD repair options:

http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windo...ystem-restore/

If you haven't got a real Vista DVD, then you can create one (burn the .iso
as an image, not data):

Obviously you need to do that from a working computer with a DVD burner.

I'm not the one with the problem. However, the OP clearly identified the
problems as occurring immediately after she installed Skype and Skype has
had quite a few known issues on Vista. So while other factors certainly may
be contributing to her issues, this is a good starting point for her
troubleshooting.
