Help sending link or page photos from windows vista

I am unable to send photos nor send a link from web site. i get a popup
telling me vista does not support hotmail email it redirects me elsewhere i
downloaded what was recomended but....it booted my hotmail in box replaced
it. is there any suggestions as to get around this problem. i have emailed
tech support they have directed me elsewhere 4 times back and forth to
different departments in microsoft. HELP LOL thank you for you're assitence

Try resetting your Internet Explorer settings:
Click Start > type Internet Options hit Enter > click Advanced (tab) > under
'Reset Internet Explorer settings' > click 'Reset' > OK.
