Setup a News account using

nntp.aioe.org

as the provider. They have thousands of Groups.

Use an anonymous/false E-Mail address to stop getting spammed

First you go to the Tools Menu and select Newsgroups and chose from the list
the one's you want to subscribe to ( that means receive, not pay for) and
you click the Subscribe button for each chose list.

Next you go Tools/Accounts. In the Account list chose News. Under the
General tab you enter Microsoft Communities and under the Sever tab enter
msnews.microsoft.com
