Help with SP1

I had written to this forum before regarding a problem I was having with
deleting a desktop icon (and other items) and having them hang up with a
pop-up saying "Calculating Time". Also when I enter Windows Mail- Exit
and try to re-enter mail, I get a pop-up saying "Cannot Open because
another instance of Windows Mail is still running. Well- I downloaded
and installed SP1 and my download history says it was installed
successfully. Same Problems are still there. Any ideas??

Sounds like you might have an issue with Windows Mail. If that's the
