HELP SP2

I just spent two hours saving and downloading SP2 and at the end it said it
couldn't complete. Access was denied. Now my computer is soooooo slow. What
happened and can I fix it?

Use System Restore to go to a date/time before issue started:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore
