HELP

I am total lost on setting windows mail up. please explain step by step in
dummy terms.

Look below and use your own ISP's or Email Provider's info. Many ISP's
or Email providers have Help to setup email clients at their sites. That is
why Gary asked you who the provider was, the part AFTER the @
in your email address. it would be emailer.com.
