HELP TOPIC: CANT HANDWRITE WITH JOUNAL VIEWER & SECURITY UPDATE

I CANT HANDWRITE ALTHOUGH I DOWNLOADED THE

Journal viewer has nothing whatever to do with handwriting - it's for
viewing the MS Outlook message store in the form of a timeline

do MS insist on creating new apps with names very similar to older very
different apps??)

Hi Noel,

Actually this is incorrect. The Journal Viewer is required for on non-Tablet versions of XP
for the Ink APIs for handwriting to work in Messenger.

Hi,

But it still has the Ink APIs for Windows regardless. With the exception of a run-time pack
which was never intended for mainstream use, there is no other way (legally) to get them.
